　福岡市交通局では、増備車両の調達を計画しております。この度、技術仕様書案が完成しましたので、これに対する意見を招請いたします。

４　資料の提供方法

　(1) 資料の提供条件

　　 資料の提供にあたっては、以下の条件を満たす事業者に対してのみ秘密保持契約を締結した上で、提供するものとする。なお、秘密保持契約は書面により締結する。

　　 ①　競争入札参加資格を有すること。

　　 ②　電力化された地下鉄区間を運行する鉄道事業者に納入実績を有すること。

　(2) 資料の提供方法

　　 技術仕様書は、電子データを送付することによる。資料の取扱には十分注意すること。

 

５　その他

　(1) 使用する言語は、日本語とする。

　(2) 時間は、日本標準時(UTC+9)を使用する。

　(3) 本仕様書を提供する事業者には、見積を依頼することがある。

　(4) 仕様書案については、一部変更する場合がある。

　　 The purpose of this procurement is to increase the number of train carriages that operate on the Fukuoka City Subway Nanakuma Line.

4. Provision of the Technical Specifications
　(1) Conditions
　　 The business operators must first meet the conditions below and conclude a confidentiality agreement before they can be provided with the technical specifications. The confidentiality agreement will be concluded in writing.
　　 ① The business operator must be eligible to participate in competitive bidding.
　　 ② The business operator must have a record of delivering their products to railway companies that operate an electrified subway network.
　(2) How the technical specifications are provided
　　 The technical specifications are sent by email. The business operators must take extra care with the documents.

5. Others
　(1) All documents must be written in Japanese.
　(2) Dates and times are written in Japan Standard Time (UTC+9).
　(3) Business operators submitting specifications may be asked for a quotation.
　(4) Some changes may be made to the specifications.
