What I took from the article "Around general disposition in thinking and transaction to it⓺" was taken only for claiming "Time must never be easily grasped not as well as directly confirmable physical phenomena". In other words, time only is attending exceptional factor or appearance in Modus Ponens.

First, time is never material, that was neither space and it'd never be evidenced that time absolutely attached with being, because, to our mind, thinking, feeling, remembering, recollecting are never evidenced by only materially attended nor so.

And probably whether time is dominating any materiamaterially attending any being or any existing presence as being is commonly using only time running.

Anyway, we'd never define that time manages being nor being manages time. Only the clearly mentionable impossibility is the to some extent absolutely correct truth.

Additionally, only time could never evidenced as its identity so objectively. Because only it is absolutely evading own evidence. Because any being must be evidenced through time.

In other words, only time is exceptional appearing form.
